  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Parsonage House and serve my Church.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any Church beside my own once in a month, I read prayers in ye afternoon in a private Chapel that was rebuilt by my Father in the Parish of South Molton.

  4. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service in my Church twice on every Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the morning, except when I read prayers in the Chapel above mentioned. I also read prayers in my Church on every Saints day, and Wednesdays & Fridays in Lent, and on all other days that are appointed.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administered in my Church eight times in every year, Viz: twice at Christmas, twice at Easter, twice at Whitsuntide, and twice at Michaelmas. I had about an hundred Communicants last Easter.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth after the Second Session in the afternoon in ye Summer Season, by which means they are Catechised twice in every Summer.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancel is in good Repair, & my Church yard is well kept. And I have all Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses & c. which is kept in ye Parish Chest.

  9. Number of families: About Sixty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There is no Papist, or any Dissenter in my Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no Publick School in my Parish, or any other School more than to teach poor Children to read, to learn their Catechism and prayers, which is taught them by old Women, for which they are paid with the interest of a small summ of money which was given some years since by a Farmer for that Purpose and twice in a year I examine the Children, & see that it is properly applied. There is no parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are no other Benefactions than above mentioned, except the Summ of seventy two Pounds & ten Shillings, which was formerly given to the Poor of this Parish in several Legacies, the interest of it is given every year, to the Poor.
